GTA IV Review

Finally, I succeded to play on Play Station 3 the long awaited GTA IV. It is GREAT. Sure you will not get bored. I think that it is the best Grand Theft Auto. The graphic it awesome, you can see specific details, the characters are highly personalized, and the cars movement and buildings are very realistic. I played around 5 hours this game, and I couldn’t saw the entire city which is enormous.

The civilians are more agresively in this game. Luckily, you’re pretty capable in a fight. GTA IV’s hero, Niko Bellic, is trained in the Israeli martial art of Krav Maga, so you will not have problems kicking them out.

The police are smarter than before. You must work hard to get away from them. The blood from the game isn’t like a tomato juice, it seems like real blood.

GTA IV is as much a simulator of Niko’s life as it is an anarchic crime game. GTA IV takes a bit from NFS. You can choose to pick a track and to race, and the point of the race is that everyone else loses, no matter how.

Sure that you will need some GTA IV cheats. You will find that game cheats here. There are plenty of cheat codes on Games Radar; you only have to try them.

Nouveau Riche

Some people says that school is only for children. This is a high mistake made by a lot. School is a perfect environment for adults too. Even if the adults school doesn’t teach you how to spell, adults school teaches you how to obtain wealth and how to become real estate investors. I looked for something like this, and I found the Nouveau Riche University. They are the best, and this is shown by the numbers. Nouveau Riche is the largest, nationwide, real estate investing community in America. You can learn by your schedule by taking the The Residential Real Estate Encyclopedia™, a complete course, which will guide you to become a succesfull investor.

I highly recomend you to become a student of Nouveau Riche. Every cent worths. Nouveau Riche Colleges are held in Phoenix, Arizona, and you can go to how many sessions you want. The team from Nouveau Riche is young, and understands the demands of the market which is in a constant change.

This is the future in education. Forget about traditional schools, the time doesn’t stop, we must evoluate and Nouveau Riche is the solution. In addition, Jim Piccolo, CEO of Nouveau Riche, says, in a nice word game: “Your net worth is directly tied to your network.”

CFD - One Financial

In this post, I will talk a bit about money, and how you can make them. Surfing on the web I found a lot of websites, but I didn’t found what I need. Yesterday, I found an online stock trading company, which looks good to me. It is named One Financial, and is an online contract for difference (CFD) broker offering the widest range of energy commodities available on the market. You probably think what is a CFD. A CFD is a contract between two parties, buyer and seller, stipulating that the seller will pay to the buyer the difference between the current value of an asset and its value at contract time. You don’t need to have the share phisycally. It is widely used nowadays.

If you like to learn more, One Financial is the solution. You can enter on the section of CFD for begginers, and start learning how to make money. What I like at One Financial is the well designed website and the great live support, an Arabic and in English.

After you have learned how to move in the market, you may want to find CFD providers. One Financial is again the solution. It provides you a fast and easy to use platform with free charting, news, analytics and 24 hour customer support via chat, phone or email.

These are the first impressions, and One Financial looks good. I will continue to be their client, because they are the best CFD provider.

First Hot Air Balloon

first hot air balloonThe hot air balloon is the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology, dating back to its invention by the Montgolfier brothers in Annonay, France in 1783. The first hot air balloon flight carrying humans was made in one of their balloons on November 21, 1783, in Paris by Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier and François Laurent d’Arlandes.
The first clearly recorded instances of hot air balloons capable of carrying passengers used hot air to obtain buoyancy and were built by the brothers Joseph-Michel and Jacques-Etienne Montgolfier in Annonay, France. These brothers came from a family of paper manufacturers and had noticed the ash rising in fires. After experimenting with unmanned balloons and flights with animals, the first balloon flight with humans on board took place on October 19, 1783 with the scientist Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier, the manufacture manager, Jean-Baptiste Réveillon and Giroud de Villette, at the Folie Titon in Paris. Officially, the first hot air balloon flight was 1 month later, 21 November 1783. King Louis XVI had originally decreed that condemned criminals would be the first pilots, but a young physicist named Jean-François Pilâtre de Rozier and the Marquis Francois d’Arlandes successfully petitioned for the honor. The first hot air balloons were basically cloth bags (sometimes lined with paper) with a smoky fire built on a grill attached to the bottom. They had a tendency to catch fire and be destroyed upon landing, although this was infrequent.
Unmanned hot air balloons are popular in Chinese history. Zhuge Liang of the Shu Han kingdom, in the Three Kingdoms era, used airborne lanterns for military signaling. These lanterns are known as Kongming lanterns (孔明灯).

There is also some speculation that hot air balloons could have been used by the Nazca culture of Peru some 1500 years ago, as a tool for designing the famous Nazca ground figures and lines.

In 1978, the Double Eagle II became the first hot air balloon to cross the Atlantic, another major benchmark in the History of Ballooning. After many unsuccessful attempts this mighty Ocean had finally been cracked. It was a helium filled model, carrying 3 passengers, Ben Abruzzo, Maxie Anderson and Larry Newman. They set a new flight duration time at 137 hours.

It’s interesting to see how the development of the the hot air balloon has gone full circle on itself. At the very start, the first balloonists burnt materials onboard the balloon to generate heat to propel the envelope into the air. This theory then became obsolete as gas and helium designs were introduced as it was considered safer and more reliable than flying with an open flame. It is only within the last 50 or so years that hot air balloons have come back into interest.

TinEye - review

TinEye is a brand new idea, which will be a revolution in the industry of “search engines” on the internet. TinEye makes for photos, what Google makes for text. If you have a photo on your computer, and you want to find something similar on internet, you only upload the photo to TinEye, and the search engine will find similars photos.

Even if this is in private beta, it works perfectly. Access is based on invitation, but I’m sure that you will get one. TinEye will compare every pixel of your photo to find similars pixels on Internet.

TinEye is the start of a revolution. TinEye searches photos, like Google searches text. Nice idea.

Dujiangyan Earthquake

dujiangyanThe children who were considered fortunate escaped with a broken bone or a severed limb. The others, hundreds of them, were carried out to be buried, and their remaining classmates lay crushed beneath the rubble of the schoolhouse.

“There’s no hope for them,” said Lu Zhiqing, 58, as she watched uniformed rescue workers trudge through mud and rain toward the mound of bricks and concrete that had once been a school. “There’s no way anyone’s still alive in there.”

Little remained of the original structure of the school. No standing beams, no fragments of walls. The rubble lay low against the wet earth. Dozens of people gathered around in the schoolyard, clawing at the debris, kicking it, screaming at it. Soldiers kept others from entering.

A man and woman walked away from the rubble together. He sheltered her under an umbrella as she wailed, “My child is dead! Dead!”

As dawn crept across this shattered town on Tuesday, it illuminated rows and rows of apartment blocks collapsed into piles, bodies wedged among the debris, homeless families and their neighbors clustered on the roadside, shielding themselves from the downpour with plastic tarps.

The earthquake originated here in the lush farm fields and river valleys of Sichuan Province, killing almost 10,000 people and trapping thousands more.

One of the most jarring tragedies of the disaster was the school collapse in a suburb of Dujiangyan. At least several hundred children were killed, perhaps as many as 900. Prime Minister Wen Jiabao flew here on Monday to survey the destruction, but he was powerless to ease the suffering of the survivors.

In the center of town, a woman said she had called local government officials 10 times to plead for help in rescuing her son and mother, but no one had come.

So on Tuesday morning, she stood crying before the remains of her apartment building. Her 5-month-old son was still buried in there, as was her 56-year-old mother.

“I was outside when the earthquake hit,” said the woman, Wang Xiaoni, 26. “I ran back even while the ground was still shaking.”

She shook her head. “Who’s going to help them now?”

People wandered up and down the street taking photos with cell phones and digital cameras. “This isn’t even the worst-off area,” one man said.

One block over, the façade of a white six-story residential building had sheared off, leaving one side of the apartments open to the air. Each living room had a television set untouched by the earthquake. But in the cascade of rubble at the foot of the building, a lifeless head and arm stuck out of the debris, and another body could be seen on the other side of the mound of rubble.

Across the street, a young man and his older sister walked out of an apartment building with a red duffel bag and armloads of bedding they stacked on the sidewalk.

“Everything in the apartment was destroyed,” said the man, Ji Yongtao, 27, waving a hand up at the second floor. “We need to find a place to live. We’ll spend the night in a building that was recently built, or on the first floor somewhere. We’re not going back up there.”

Dozens of people had gathered on the sidewalk by a major intersection down the street. They were constructing a huge tent, pulling a tarp over upright wooden poles they had lashed together. This would be their home for the day, and maybe the night, and maybe the next few days and nights.

Busloads of soldiers rode past in the street. But there was no immediate help for the people.

“We left with nothing but the clothes we’re wearing,” said Hu Huojin, 38, cradling her 6-year-old son in her arms. “We don’t dare stay in our homes. We’ll return when we’re told it’s safe to go back. Otherwise, we don’t dare live there.”

She gazed out at the wet street.

“I can’t even remember how long the ground shook,” she said. “It was enormous.”

An elderly couple stood under a store awning on the edge of the tent village. The man held the family dog, Chou Mer, but they had not seen their son, a cab driver, since he left home hours before the earthquake.

“We still haven’t heard from him,” said the mother, Yang Limei, 58. “Last night, we kept calling him, but we couldn’t get through. I don’t know what to do. We can’t even wait for him at home.”

Her husband, Chui Xianchao, 63, said, “The walls are still standing, but everything else fell to the ground.”

Ambulances roared by on the way to the hospitals in Chengdu, the provincial capital. Another bus rolled past carrying soldiers.

The army had appropriated public buses throughout the region, and men wearing green fatigues peered out the windows at the homeless in the street.

“No one’s come to help us yet,” Mr. Chui said. “Those soldiers are going somewhere else.”

A few miles to the south, in front of the collapsed school, a half-dozen soldiers linked hands to form a human blockade in front of the rubble. Two women tried to push their way through. The soldiers did not budge.

“There are still children in there, and we can’t help them if you keep trying to get in,” one soldier said.

The only people allowed in were teams of rescue workers and doctors. A group of doctors in white lab coats sat in a bus, waiting their turn to help. Some slept. They said no one had been brought out alive in hours.

HTC Touch Diamond

htc touch diamondHTC today unveiled its new flagship phone, the HTC Touch Diamond, featuring the Taiwanese manufacturer’s new captivating 3D touch interface called TouchFLO 3D. HTC has recently improved its original TouchFLO interface (Compare HTC’s Touch phones), and with the introduction of the new 3D touch interface, the company aims to provide animated access to people, messaging, e-mail, photos, music, weather and more. In addition, HTC is introducing a new touch-sensitive control for interacting with the Touch Diamond.

With the introduction of the HTC Touch Diamond, the manufacturer hopes to deliver a new mobile Internet experience that utilizes broadband-like speeds with European 7.2 Mbps HSDPA and HSUPA wireless connectivity (a version supporting North American HSDPA will be released later this year). HTC provides a new customized mobile Web browser that should enable easier viewing and navigation of websites. As part of this experience users can zoom and pan websites with one-hand and automatically view optimized content that has been specially created to fit the display. Turning the device sideways automatically rotates the web page view from a portrait to landscape view. • Available in June in Europe via Orange and the “rest of the world” sometime later
  • Orange music store, games, wallpapers, and ringtone downloads
  • Orange mobile TV with up to 61 channels
  • No normal headphone jack - gotta use HTC’s proprietary USB dongle
  • “Better battery life” than their other devices (although it uses a smaller battery than the Touch - we’ll keep our eye on this) — will offer a bigger battery at a later time for those who are experiencing battery life issues
  • No pricing info just yet
