Sueng Chung is the husband of actress Diane Farr and the owner of the marketing company The Cashmere Agency. Farr gave birth to the couple’s twin daughters on August 27, 2008. By the time Diane Farr, co-star of the CBS hit Numbers, met marketing executive Seung Chung, she had written the book on being single. The author of The Girl Code: The Secret Language of Single Women (2001), Farr was in no hurry to settle down. That changed when the actress, and former Loveline co-host, met Chung at a 2003 engagement party. A year later they attended that same couple’s wedding in Mexico, and things heated up. “We saw each other every day until he moved in,” Farr says.
After Sueng Chung, 35, proposed to Farr, 37, with a reproduction 1910 crown ring from Asanti Fine Jewellers in Pasadena, Calif., the two decided to exchange vows near their California winter ski retreat, in the Sierra Nevada on June 24, 2006. Ms. Farr, 36, is keeping her name. She is a star of ”Numb3rs” on CBS. She is also the author of ”The Girl Code: The Secret Language of Single Women” (Little, Brown, 2001), and owns OtherAnnouncements.com, an online greeting card company. She graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Her father, Thomas E. Farr of Port Charlotte, Fla., retired as a mail processor in Hempstead, N.Y., for the Postal Service. Her mother, Patricia Farr of Manhattan, retired as a secretary for a doctor’s office in Bayside, Queens.
Sueng Chung, 35, owns and operates Chung and Associates, an entertainment marketing company in Los Angeles. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and received an M.B.A. degree from George Washington University.
Sueng Chung is the son of Young Ja Chung and Tae Wha Chung of Rockville, Md. His mother retired as a nurse at George Washington University Hospital in Washington. His father is the president of Intraco Korea, an importer and exporter of manufactured goods in Seoul.
