Will Smith Divorce

Will Smith stands firm on the subject of divorce. He said it isn’t for him. He recently talked about marriage with Ellen DeGeneres.
Will Smith said “What I found is divorce just can’t be an option. It’s really that simple. And I think that’s the problem with L.A. – there are so many options. So a huge part of the success for [Jada] and I is that we just removed the other options. We’re like listen, we’re going to be together one way or the other so we might as well try to be happy.”
Smith and Pickett have been married for a decade. They have two children, Jayden and Willow. Smith has another son, “Trey” with his ex-wife, Sheree Zampino, so obviously he hasn’t always held the “no divorce” rule so close to the vest.
Hollywood marriages have a shelf life of about 1.5 years, so how have Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith managed to stay married for over a decade? Rule out divorce!
He explains, “Divorce can’t be an option - it’s really that simple. If you just remove the option… because, if you have the option, one day that person’s gonna make you wanna divorce.
“That’s been a huge part of the success for she (Pinkett Smith) and I… We’re like, ‘Listen, we’re gonna be together one way or the other so might as well try and be happy.”
Simple and to the point. Other celebs should take note!

I have so much respect for the position that Will Smith took in his statement. I believe those critics that say he is a hypocrite are young and immature. They have not had a chance to experience life yet or passing judgement on someone is a pass time for them because they don’t have a life of their own. Keep up the good work Mr. Smith. You are a pioneer that many young people should admire. I appreciate your view on marriage and if others can’t see it that’s because their hearts are hardened and they are just BITTER.
